Alstores Realty Corporation
So that there will be no misunderstanding about the intentions of Allied
Stores in complying with any and all City code requirements in our con-
.struction of the Distribution Center in Tukwila, Washington, I wish to
assure the City of Tukwila that should any deficiencies develop in the
checking of the plans, Allied Stores will correct the plans to conform
to the standards prescribed irrespective of our having received the
building permit, and the building will be constructed accordingly. This,
.I wish to assure the City and Mr. Zepp, who have been so cooperative in
helping us get this job underway. I am most appreciative of their efforts.
Upon receipt of bids, final permit fee settlement will be made with the
City of Tukwila based on figures received.
