AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN MAP T +T O WHEREAS, P L Company, a Washington General Partnership, filed a petition on June 8, 1981 to have certain real property owned by that partnership reclassified from R -3 to C -1; and co WHEREAS, the comprehensive plan map for the City of Tukwila indicates that the subject property is to be used for residential purposes; and WHEREAS, the current zoning of the subject property is for multiple residential use; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Tukwila held a hearing on June 25, 1981 to consider both the zoning reclassification request and the proposal to change the comprehensive plan map; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the Planning Department file on this matter, reviewed the Planning Commission's recommendation regarding this project and has listened to and reviewed a presentation by the property owners and their representatives, NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Tukwila, Washington does ordain as follows: Section 1. The comprehensive plan map is hereby amended to show that the property described in Exhibit A attached hereto shall be included within the professional /office designation.
