Chair Seal called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
BUSINESSAGENDA
A. Resolution: Updating Public Works Fee Schedule
Staff is seeking approval of a resolution updating the Public Works Fee Schedule to update the
King County Sewage Treatment rates for 2022.
Committee Recommendation
Unanimous approval. Forward to December 13, 2021 Committee of the Whole.
B. Grant Application: Nelsen Side Channel
Staff is seeking Committee approval to apply to King County's new Open Space -River
Corridor's grant program and other future grant opportunities to fund the Nelsen Side
Channel project.
Committee Recommendation
Councilmember Quinn stated that he will recuse himself. Majority approval to apply.
C. Project Completion: 42nd Avenue South Phase III Project
Staff is seeking Council approval of project completion and release of retainage to Active
Construction, Inc. for the 42nd Avenue South Phase III Project.
Committee Recommendation
Unanimous approval. Forward to December 13, 2021 Committee of the Whole.
D. Project Completion: 53rd Avenue South (South 137th St - South 144th St)
Staff is seeking Council approval of project completion and release of retainage to SCI
Infrastructure, LLC. For the 53rd Avenue South Project.
Committee Recommendation
Unanimous approval. Forward to December 13, 2021 Committee of the Whole.
