AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
AMENDING THE 1981 BUDGET AS ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE
NO. 1197 TO APPROPRIATE UNANTICIPATED REVENUE.
WHEREAS, the City of Tukwila desires to complete the revision
of its existing six year Park and Open Space Plan with available 1977 Block
Grant Funds, and
WHEREAS, the City of Tukwila desires to continue its rehabili-
tation of the Tukwila Community Center using 1977 and 1980 Block Grant
Funds, and
WHEREAS, a total of 17,156 in 1977 and 1980 Block Grant Funds
was: not included in the City's 1981 Budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The 1981 annual budget of the City of Tukwila, as
adopted by Ordinance 1197 is hereby amended to include the
following:
