SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Tukwila City Council will hold a Special Meeting on
Monday, January 10, 2022 directly following the Committee of the Whole meeting, which starts
at 7:00 p.m. at the following telephone number for the public to participate in the meeting:

The meeting will not be conducted at Tukwila City Hall, based on the Governor's Proclamation
20-28 adopted March 24, 2020 which says in part:
Any public agency, subject to RCW 42.30, is prohibited from conducting any meeting,
subject to RCW 42.30 unless (a) the meeting is not conducted in-person and instead
provides an option(s) for the public to attend the proceedings through, at minimum,
telephonic access, ..."

2. CONSENT AGENDA
a. Approval of Vouchers
b. An ordinance amending Ordinance No. 2258 §3, as codified at Tukwila Municipal
Code Section 3.54.030, extending the City utility tax sunset provision; repealing Ordinance Nos.
2463 and 2298.
c. Emergency repairs for the 42nd Avenue South Bridge:
(1) A resolution declaring an emergency in response to damage caused to the 42nd
Avenue South Bridge on December 15, 2021.
(2) Ratify the Mayor's Emergency Proclamation and emergency contract with Flame -
On for repair of the 42nd Avenue South Bridge.
d. Authorize the Mayor to sign an Interlocal Agreement with the South County Area
Transportation Board (SCATBd) and area cities for multi -jurisdictional transportation planning.

Whole on 1/10/22.]
