A total of 3 were approved as part of Master Sign Program (2 grand monument and one along Minkler Blvd). I think I have seen two along the north driveway along Southcenter Parkway and these are not included with the sign permit. What is the status of the those? Additionally, the sight distance triangle is calculated as noted in the graphic below from Tukwila Municipal Code: Note it is 40 feet triangle from the center of intersection. One leg of 40 feet triangle is center of the driveway and the other one is along the curb line. It is a very large property and we are unsure of how many monument signs currently exist on the property. Would it be possible for you to include the location of existing signs on the site plan? Also, you list that there is no setback for the proposed signs. We require a 5' setback from the property line. We also need to verify that the sign is not in the sight distance triangle. Do you think you can send a more detailed plan of the area of the signs, so we can see setback from property line, distance from the curb, and distance from the center line of the street?
