The City's sign code permits a variety of building mounted signs, including wall signs, signs on awnings, canopy signs and
projecting signs. This sign permit application can be used to determine the total number of building mounted signs permitted
for your business. The application also provides the specific code standards for the common types of building mounted signs;
see TMC 19 Sign Code for details. Please note that you may not qualify for all signage types outlined in this application.
Wall Sign
Each public entrance is eligible for either a flush mounted wall sign or an awning face sign.
In some cases an additional wall sign maybe permitted on walls that do not have entrances, sp lvlication.

Thank you for the opportunity to estimate this project. We will install and attach 5-5 gal. Clematis 'Armandii'
plantings to the trellis which will be hung on the west side of the Sprint store to amend the new signage. When
mature, the Clematis will cover well above 50% of the affected wall. The plantings have permanent irrigation at its
base, and is in a flowerbed that exceeds 2' in width.

Terms and Conditions
Prices are firm for thirty (30) days only, and do not include taxes, if applicable. Orders cannot be
canceled or returned.
50% Deposit with the balance due upon completion. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice.
Delinquency charges, at the maximum monthly rate allowed by law, will apply 30 days from the date of
invoice. Collection fees for delinquent accounts, including attorney/collection agency fees and expenses
incurred by Camden Gardens Inc., are the responsibility of the customer.
If Responsible Party fails to pay for purchased items within thirty (30) days of delivery, or as otherwise
agreed to between the parties, Camden Gardens, Inc. reserves the right to repossess the purchased items.
In the event repossession becomes necessary, the Responsible Party will allow Camden Gardens Inc. to
enter the Responsible Party's premises during regular business hours to remove Camden Garden's
property.
Any additional non contributory or other specialized insurance requirements will result in an additional
charge billed based on the number of entities requested.
Camden Gardens, Inc. is not responsible for any incidental, consequential, or special damages arising or
resulting from the performance or nonperformance of any obligations under the agreement, including
but not limited to damage caused by falling plant or container.
Decorative containers and site amenities purchased from Camden Gardens Inc. are covered by the
manufacturer's warranty. No further warranty is expressed or implied. It is expressly understood and
agreed that Camden Gardens Inc. shall not be responsible to Responsibility Party for damage caused by
water or fluid seepage, nor will Camden Gardens Inc. be liable, under any circumstances, for more than
the cost of the container at the time of sale.
