Project Description: A Type 3 Noise Variance covering maintenance
including rail grinding, rail milling, rail removal or replacement, and
other routine work that may result in nighttime noise exceeding
permissible levels. This noise variance will cover 5 years of work, with
annual check -ins with City staff.
You are invited to comment on the project to the Hearing Examiner:

The meeting will be conducted virtually via Microsoft Teams. Those wishing to
