THIS EASEMENT AGREEMENT is made and entered into by and between the undersigned
owner (grantor) in fee simple of the land described herein.
And is for the benefit of the Grantee's property.

For and in consideration of the mutual covenants, an agreement hereinafter expressed and other
good and valuable considerations, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the
parties hereto agree as follows:
1. The owner of the above described land does hereby define, grant and convey to the present
and future owner(s) (Grantee) of the land described as follows:
An exclusive perpetual Water Service Line Easement over, across, along, in, upon and under that
portion of said Grantor's land described as follows:
WATER SERVICE LINE EASEMENT OVER A PORTION OF LOT 1 OF CITY OF
TUKWILA SHORT PLAT L13-039
LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF WATER SERVICE LINE EASEMENT AREA:
THE WEST 4 FEET OF THE NORTH 108.50 FEET OF THE EAST 60 FEET OF LOT 9,
BLOCK 4, FIRST ADDITION TO ADAMS HOME TRACTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT
THEREOF RECORDED IN VOLUME 12 OF PLATS, PAGE 50, RECORDS OF KING
COUNTY, WASHINGTON.
2. This easement is for the sole purpose of the construction, use and maintenance of a Water
Service Line Easement.
3. Grantee of Lot 2 shall install any improvements in said Water Service Line Easement Area
at its sole cost and expense and shall continue to maintain and shall continue to bear all cost of
repair and maintenance or repair of said Water Service Line and Easement Area.
4. Grantee of Lot 2 shall hold Grantor harmless from and against any and all claims which may
be made against Grantor arising out of the installation, operation, maintenance or repair of said
Water Service Line and Easement Area.
5. The herein easement and agreement may be amended only with the written agreement of the
Grantee herein, his heirs and/or assigns.
This easement agreement shall run with the land and shall be binding on all parties having or
acquiring any right, title or interest in the land descried herein or any part thereof.
