ORDINANCE NO. 443
AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE SALARIES AND COMPENSATIONS OF OFFICERS
AND EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, AND REPEALING ALL
ORDINANCES. IN CONFLICT THEREWITH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILk:
Section 1. That the salaries and compensations of the various
officers and employees: of the City of Tukwila are hereby set
and fixed as follows for the year 1966.
Mayor $1,200.00 per year
Councilmen fan each Councilmen 120.00 per year
`reasurer 5,400.00 per year
Clerk 4,620.00 per year
General Superintendent- 7,687.00 per year
Field Superintendent 7,400.00 per year
Stre.et„Water Works Util.ity,Maintenance
Man No. 1 6,3364.00 per year
Sewer Maintenance Man Na. 2 6,361.4.00 per year
Maintenance Man No. 3 5,800.00 per year
Chief of Police 7,300.00 per year
Police Patrolman= No. 1 6,700.00 per year
Police Patrolman No. 2 6,300.00 per year
Police Patrolman No 3. 6,000.00 per year
Police Patrolman No 4 6,000.00 per year
Police Patrolman No 5 6,000.00 per year
Police Matron 2,205.00 per year
Municipal Court. Clerk 2,505.00 per year
Extra Labor on a sliding scale from $1.5G per hour to 3.00 per Hour
not to exceed, in general Government 51,600.00 per year
not to exceed, in Street Department 500.00 per year

not to exceed, in Water 200.00 per year

Section 2 That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That. this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after- its passage,. approval and publication as provided
by law,.
Passed by the City Council and approved by the Mayor this 6 day of
December 1965*
