AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
EXTENDING THE INTERIM FINANCE PERIOD AND CHANGING
THE INTEREST RATE FOR LID #29 AS SET BY ORD. 1105.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 1098, adopted February 5, 1979, authorized
the issuance of LID 29 revenue warrants, and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 1105, adopted March 19, 1979, designated
Seattle First National Bank as the lending institution for interim finan-
cing thru February 1, 1980, and
WHEREAS, due to exceedingly high current bond rates, it is
advisable to extend the interim finance period set by Ordinance 1174.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Hereby extends the interim finance period for 6 months
starting June 1, 1981 to December 1, 1981 and sets the
interest rate at 12.00% on revenue warrants #1 thru 13
being held by Seattle First National Bank.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
at a regular meeting thereof this /9 b't day of 1981.
