Mayor Ekberg called the remote Special Meeting of the Tukwila City Council toorder at10:06p.m.
directly following the Committee ofthe Whole meeting.

Council President McLeod noted some vouchers were not reviewed prior to this meeting and they will be
reviewed at his earliest opportunity.

NEW BUSINESS (per agenda amendment on Page 1)
Authorize the Mayor to sign an Interlocal Agreement with the South County Area Transportation Board
(SCATBd) and area cities for multijurisdictional transportation planning.
10:11 P.M. Councilmember Quinn exited the meeting.
MOVED BY KRULLER, SECONDED BY HOUGARDY TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO SIGN AN
INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT WITH THE SOUTH COUNTY AREA TRANSPORTATION BOARD
(SCATBD) AND AREA CITIES FOR MULTIJURISDICTIONAL TRANSPORTATION PLANNING.
MOTION CARRIED 6-0, WITH QUINN RECUSED.
