Chair Delostrinos Johnson called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
I. BUSINESS AGENDA
A. Potential Rezone Extension: Vintage(@Tukwila
Staff is seeking Committee direction on a potential extension of a rezone from Low Density
Residential to High Density Residential in the Ryan Hill Neighborhood for a revised design of a
170 -unit affordable senior housing apartment project.
Committee Recommendation
Consensus to develop an ordinance. Return to Committee.
B. Wayfindin,g Plan
Staff presented an overview, goals and next steps for a Wayfinding and Gateway Signage Plan.
Committee members suggested including residential neighborhoods in the analysis.

Discussion only.
