BILL OF SALE

KNOW ALL L MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that for valuable consideration,
Northwest Seals Inc., the Grantor, does hereby grant, bargain, convey and sell to the CITY
OF TUKWILA, King County, Washington, a municipal corporation, the Grantee, the following
described improvements situated in King County, Washington, and located within the
Right of Way hereto as follows:
Installation of 190 lineal feet of 12 inch ductile iron waterline and one (1) fire
hydrant
Together with any other appurtenances thereto.
To have and to hold the same for the said Grantee, it's successors and assigns
CZD forever.
The undersigned hereby covenants that it is the lawful owner of said property; that
the
same is free from all encumbrances; that all bills for labor and material have been paid; that it
has the right to sell the same as aforesaid; that it will warrant and defend the same against
the claims and demands of all persons and will pay any costs, including reasonable attorney
fees incurred by Grantee, arising out of any such claim or demand.
The Bill of Sale is given in consideration of the agreement of the Grantee, for itself, its
Successors and assigns to incorporate said utilities in its utility system and to maintain them
as provided for in applicable City Ordinances.
This Bill of Sale is given and accepted, pursuant to a motion duly made, second and
passed by the City Council of the City of Tukwila, King County, Washington, on the

foregoing Bill of Sale and acknowledged said Bill of Sale to be the free and voluntary act and
deed of said municipal corporation, for the uses and purposes therein mentioned, and on
oath stated that they are authorized to execute the Bill of Sale.
