KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that for valuable consideration, and in
consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), C. Thomas Foster and IVlarvl
C. Foster, husband and wife the Grantor, does hereby grant
bargain, convey and sell to the CITY OF TUKWILA, King County, Washington, a
municipal corporation, the Grantee, the following described improvement situated
in King County, Washington:
81 l.f. of 8 inch sewer main, 801.f. 24 inch x .500 inch steel casing, 102 1.f. of 8 inch
DIP sewer and 3 48 inch pre -cast manholes.
Improvements located within an easement and /or right of way are adjacent to
owner's parcel(s) and legally described in Exhibit A, which is hereto attached
Together with any other appurtenances thereto.
To have and to hold the same for the said Grantee, it's successors and assigns
forever.
The undersigned hereby covenants that it is the lawful owner of said
property; that the
same is free from all encumbrances; that all bills for labor and material have been
paid; that it has the right to sell the same as aforesaid; that it will warrant an defend
the same against the claims and demands of all persons and will pay any costs,
including reasonable attorney fees incurred by Grantee, arising out of any such
claim or demand.

Successors and assigns to incorporate said utilities in its utility system and to maintain them
as provided for in applicable City Ordinances.
