No. 406 to a portion of Tracts 39 and 40, Brookvale Garden Tracts
for street purposes.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE TUKWILA TOWN COUNCIL AS FOLL€WS:
Section 1. That the deed from South Central School District No.
406, executed on April 12, 1956, conveying to the
Town of Tukwila the following described property situate in the
Town of Tukwila, King County, Washington, to -wit:
The westerly 25 feet of that portion of Tracts 39 and 40,
Brookvale Garden Tracts purchased by School District No. 406.
Together with the right to make all necessary slopes for outs
or fills upon the abutting property in the reasonable original
grading of the street to be established over and across the land
described above;
purposes.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect imsediately upon its
final passage and posting as required by law.
PASSED the Town Council and approved by the Mayor this 4th day of
June 1956
