HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrd 1193 - 1989 City Metro Rates for Sanitary Sewer Service (Repealed by Ord 1242)CITY OF TUKWILQ ORDINANCE NO 1193 REPEALED BY 1242 WHEREAS, Metro has notified the City of an increase in the Metro rate pursuant to the agreement between Metro and the City. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That Ordinance 934, Section 2, and Tukwila Municipal Code 14.16.065 each be amended to read as follows: 14.16.065 City Metro -Rate. The City -Metro charges as provided for in Section 14.16.065 and as required by the Agreement for Sewage Disposal between the municipality of metropolitan Seattle and the City of Tukwila is set at the sum of Three- Be44ars- •and- N4mety Gents -443 7994 Four Dollars and Fifty Cents ($4.50) per residential customer and per residential customer equivalents effective danuary -4; -4989 December 31, 1980.
