ORDINANCE NO. 1192
This is an ordinance of the City of Tukwila pursuant to the
provisions of RCW 35.21.070 and is to provide for a cumulative reserve
fund to accumulate funds to finance the cost of replacing and repairing the
existing water system as it deteriorates.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is hereby established within the City of
Tukwila a cumulative reserve fund for the renewal and replacement of
existing plant and equipment for the existing water system.
Section 2. The monies in this fund shall be accumulated and
expenditures of these funds shall be determined and approved by the City
Council.
Section 3. This fund shall accumulate monies as budgeted by
the City of Tukwila.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
