ORDINANCE NO. ii 9
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
AMENDING THE 1980 BUDGET AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS
FOR THE MUNICIPAL COURT.
WHEREAS, recent legislation affects appeal procedures in the
Municipal Court, and
WHEREAS, Municipal Courts will be required to record all hearings,
WHEREAS, it is necessary to appropriate additional funds to cover
the purchase of recording equipment.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
The 1980 Annual Budget of the City of Tukwila, as adopted
by Ordinance No. 1139 is hereby amended to include appro-
priations of funds as follows:
