The mission of the scholarship is to provide financial assistance to individuals enrolled for undergraduate study in community colleges, colleges, trade schools and universities. It will take 20 minutes to apply, and you can ask questions and receive the help you need with the application process. Gather all the information and documents, and then call LIBRARY SYSTEM FEMA at 1-844-684-6333. You can use library scanners, computers, fax machines, and internet access to upload your files.
