THIS MEMORANDUM OF LEASE, made as of 19 YYj Dv and

WHEREAS, Landlord and Tenant did enter into a certain lease on or

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the rents in that certain Lease
between the parties dated January 10, 1986, and the terms, covenants, conditions
and agreements on the part of Tenant therein, Landlord leases to Tenant real

particularly described on Schedule "A" attached hereto and by this re. °erencc

the date of occupancy. following completion of a building on.said premises by
and at its expense, in accordance with plans and specifications. and expiring
