All that portion of the Stephen Foster Donation' Claim in Section 14,
Township 23 North, Range 4 East, W.M., lying East of the Puget Sound
Electric Railway right of way and South of the northerly margin of
Foster Street produced Easterly,
EXCEPT a parcel of land more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the easterly line of the Puget Sound
Electric Railway right of way and the Northerly margin of Foster Street,
produced easterly;
thence S 49 °24' E along the Easterly line of said right of way, a
distance of 191.19 feet;
thence along the easterly line of said right of way on a curve to the
right having a radius of 5,834.65 feet a distance of 231.67 feet;
thence N 42 °52'30" E a distance of 52.07 feet;
thence N 18 °17'55" W a distance of 113.58 feet;
thence N 26 ° 25'45" W a distance of 42.30 feet;
