AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1980 BUDGET AS ADOPTED
BY ORDINANCE 1139 TO APPROPRIATE UNANTICIPATED
REVENUE FOR PAYMENT OF FIREFIGHTERS UNION FICA
COURT AWARD.
WHEREAS, the City of Tukwila is obligated to pay members of
the City's Firefighters Union an amount equal to normal FICA Contribution
for years 1978 and 1979, with interest, by December 20, 1980.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
AS ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE 1139 IS HEREBY AMENDED TO INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
SECTION 1. The 1980 annual budget of the City of Tukwila,
as adopted by Ordinance 1139 is hereby amended to include the
following:
REVENUE:
000/301 Beginning Fund Balance $36Q $420,500.00
EXPENDITURES: (Additional Amounts)
011/522.20.11.02 FICA Award
011/522.30.11.02 FICA Award
