The project is located at 300 Upland Drive between Upland Drive and Minkler Boulevard. The site is currently a vacant lot. Permits applied for include: L12 -004, Public Hearing Design Review and E12 -002, SEPA Environmental Review. Other known required permits include: Building Permit; Sign Permit; Union Pacific Rail Road permit to work within 25' of track. To view the files, you may request them at the counter at the Department of Community Development (DCD), located at 6300 Southcenter Boulevard #100.
