AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR A CUMALATIVE RESERVE
FUND FOR THE PURPOSE OF ACQUIRING FIRE EQUIPMENT.
This is an ordinance of the City of Tukwila pursuant to the
provisions of RCW 35.21.070 and is to provide for a cumulative reserve
fund to accumulate funds for the acquisition of fire equipment to be
acquired when sufficient funds are available.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is hereby established within the City
of Tukwila a cumulative reserve fund for the acquisition of fire equip-
ment.
Section 2. The monies in this fund shall be accumulated
until the City Council determines to expend the monies for the fire
equipment.
Section 3. This fund is subject to all the provisions of
RCW 35.21.070.
Section 4. This fund shall accumulate monies as budgeted
by the City of Tukwila.

at a regular meeting thereof thisJ,7 day of 1980.
