ORDINANCE NO. 1' 8°
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 143, PROVIDING FOR
LICENSING OF VENDING MACHINES.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 143, providing for licensing of
vending machines was passed by the Tukwila City Council on September
5, 1935, and
WHEREAS, the City Council recognizes that a control may
be needed on coin operated machines, but that this Ordinance passed
in 1935, no longer meets the needs of the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA.
WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Ordinance No. 143, providing for licensing of vending
machines and repealing ordinances in conflict herewith,
is hereby repealed.
