AMENDED BY 1187
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
DESIGNATING THE BONDED CITY EMPLOYEES, THE AMOUNT
OF BOND REQUIRED, AND REPEALING ORDINANCE #584.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
Section 1. Pursuant to RCW 35A.12.080, the following City
Officials are required to be bonded in the amount stated:
Administrative Court Clerk
Evidence Technician
City Attorney
Municipal Court Judge
Pro Tem Judges
Section 2. Ordinance No. 584, adopted September 2, 1969,
is hereby repealed.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
at a regular meeting thereof this Z day of 1980.
