Additional legal is on page of documents(s) Assessor's Property Tax Parcel/Account Number(s) 9703130961 BILL OF SALE For consideration described in the Memorandum of Agreement between the City of Tukwila and the Municipality of Metropolitan Seattle signed by said city June 11, 1992, KING COUNTY (the Grantor) does hereby grant, bargain, convey and sell to the CITY OF TUKWILA, (the Grantee) the following described improvements situated in King County, Washington, and located within the easement right-of-way described on Exhibit A attached hereto, to have and to hold the same to the said Grantee, its successors and assigns forever. Approximately 2580 lineal feet of eight inch diameter sewer line, 16 forty-eight inch manholes and 73 side sewers, together with any other appurtenances thereto. The undersigned hereby covenants that it is the lawful owner of said property; that the same is free from all encumbrances; that all bills for labor and material have been paid; that it has the right to sell the same as aforesaid; that it will warrant and defend the same against the lawful claims and demand of all persons and will pay any costs, including reasonable attorney's fees incurred by Grantee, arising out of any such claim or demand.
