TO: CITY COUNCIL

SUBJECT: Re- Appointment, Community Police Advisory Board (COPCAB)
Issue
The term for Position 7 (resident) currently held by Lynn Churchill will expire
March 31, 2012.
Recommendation
Lynn has expressed her willingness to be re- appointed to Position 7 for another term,
which would expire March 31, 2016 and I am recommending her re- appointment.
If you have any questions regarding this re- appointment, please let me know by 5:00
p.m. on Friday, March 9, 2012.
Unless I hear otherwise from members of City Council, I will invite
Ms. Churchill to the March 19, 2012 Regular City Council Meeting for confirmation.
