A. Introduction of American Rescue Plan Act Analyst
Julie Hatley introduced herself and her role to the Committee.

B. ARPA Funding for 2022 Before & After School Programming & Enrichment
Staff updated the Committee on a plan to restore and expend preschool offerings and add
back youth Winter Break Camp in addition to the Afterschool Programs and Enrichment
approved last year.

C. ARPA Funding for 2022 Summer Teen Programming
Staff updated the Committee on a plan to restore the Teen Summer Camp & Enrichment
Programs this summer.
