SPONSOR'S The City was awarded a Washington State Department of Ecology Municipal Stormwater
SUMMARY Capacity grant in 2010 for $118,112.00. Amendment No. 1 will award an additional
$50,000.00 (for a total of $168,112.00) from the WA State Local Toxics Control Account.
This is a non competitive grant and no matching funds are required. Council is being asked
to formally accept Grant Amendment No. 1 in the amount of $50,000.00.
