SPONSOR'S CH2M Hill is currently the construction management consultant for the Tukwila Urban
SUMMARY Center (Klickitat) Project. Supplement No. 2 with CH2M Hill will extend the construction
management services needed as there have been delays due to the holiday traffic
moratorium and the heavy snow in January 2012. Construction management services are
needed through June 30, 2012. Council is being asked to approve Supplement No. 2 with
CH2M Hill in the amount of $81,047.80.
