KNOW ALL MFN BY THESE PRESENTS, that for valuable
consideration, the CITY OF TUKWILA, King County, Washington, the
Grantor, does hereby grant, bargain, convey and sell to WATER
DISTRIC
NO. 125, King County, Washington, the Grantee, for the sum
of $15,400.00 in. accordance with the Agreement dated December 19,
1973 and attached hereto, the following described improvements situated
in King County, Washington, and located as shown on the plan attached
hereto as Exhibit A as follows:
Water line of approximately 330 feet of 6 -inch water
line with all necessary connections and appurtenances
thereto.
To have and to hold the same to the said Grantee, its
successors and assigns forever.
The undersigned hereby covenants that it is the lawful owner
of said property; that the same is free from all encumbrances; that
all bills for labor and material have been paid; that it has the right
to sell the same as aforesaid; that it will warrant and defend the
same against the lawful claims and demands if all persons andwill
pav any costs, including reasonable attorney's fees incurred by Grantee,
arising out of any such claim or demand.
The Bill of Sale is given in consideration of the agreement
of the Grantee, for itself, its successors and assigns to incorporate
said utilities in its utility system and to maintain them as provided
district standards. '!

This Bill of Sale is given and accepted pursuant to a
motion duly made, seconded and passed by the City Council of the
City of Tukwila, King County, Washington on the day of
