BILL OF SALE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that for valuable consideration, the JACK
A. BENAROYA COMPANY, a Washington corporation (the Grantor), grants, bargains,
and sells to the CITY OF TUKWILA, KING COUNTY, WASHINGTON, municipal corporation,
(the Grantee), the following described improvements situated in King County,
Washington and located within the easement right-of-way described on Exhibit
A hereto: -
Approximately 295 linear feet of 36" diameter smooth bore CWP, 16 gage
storm line, together with culverts and any other appurtenances thereto.
To have and to hold the same to Grantee, its successors and assigns
forever.
Grantor covenants it is the lawful owner of said property, the same is
free from all encumbrances, all bills for labor and material have been paid,
and it has theright to sell and will defend the same against the lawful
claims and demands of all persons.
This Bill of Sale is given in consideration of the agreement of the
Grantee, for itself, its successors and assigns to incorporate said utilities
in its utility system and to maintain them as provided in the applicable City
Ordinances.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has caused this instrument to be
executed on this day of , 1978.
