This agreement made and entered into in triplicate, this 19 0 day
of J L,{ V v 1978, by and between the City of Tukwila and
Mr. Michael P. Hale, owner of lot 24, block 11 of the Plat of Hillman's
Seattle Garden Tracts.
WITNESSETH:
In recognition of the results of a survey conducted by the City of Tukwila
of lot 25, block 11 of the Plat of Hillman's Seattle Garden Tracts
(description attached), the parties agree that the following boundary
line adjustment is an equitable and amenable resolution to the encroachment
by the City of Tukwila onto the existing southermost boundary of lot 24,
block 11 of the Plat of Hillman's Seattle Garden Tracts.
The City of Tukwila hereby relinquishes ownership and responsibility of
maintenance of the rockery traversing the northermost boundary of lot 25,
block 11 of the Plat of Hillman's Seattle Garden Tracts. The City of
Tukwila shall maintain ownership amd maintenance responsibility for the
existing chain link fence which is parallel and above the existing rockery.
This agreement shall be binding on all heirs, successors, and assigns of
the parties to this agreement.
In witness thereof, the parties hereto have caused this agreement to be
executed on this date.

Carden Tracts, as recorded in Volume 11, Page 24, records of King
County, Washington, containing 575.4 square feet described as follows:
Beginning at the point of intersection of South 147th Street and 59th
Avenue South; thence north 284.00 feet more or less along the centerline
of 59th Avenue South; thence north 89 east 21.3 feet to the true
point of beginning, also known as
