WHEREAS, School District No. 406, King County,
Washington, is the owner in The simple of the real property
hereinafter described; and
WHEREAS, the legal electors of said School District
No. 406, King County, Washington, did, by more than a two
thirds majority vote at a special meeting duly called and held
on duly 29, 1946, authorize and direct said School District No.
406, King County, Washington, and its Board of Directors, to
sell and convey the,real estate hereinafter described for the
consideration hereinafter set forth, now, therefore,
School District No. 406, King County, Washington, a
municipal corporation of the State of Washington, for and in
consideration of the sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00), in
hand paid, conveys and quit claims to the Town of Tukwila, a
municipal corporation of the State of Washington, the following
described real property situated in King County, Washington:
Lots 25, 26, 27 and 28 in. Block 11 in
Hillman's Seattle Garden Tracts;
This conveyance is made to the grantee for the purpose
of improving and using said property solely for community,
recreational and park purposes and the grantee shall not permit
its use for any other purpose and should said real property not
be used for community, recreational and park purposes, the title
thereto shall revert to the grantor and its successors.

duly commissioned and sworn, personally appeared JAMES 0. KANE,
ROBERT SEWELL, LOIS NEWTON, R. J. HENDERSON and E. G. STAFFORD,
to me known to be the duly elected and qualified school direc-
tors of School District No. 406, King County, Washington, they
being the parties who executed the within and foregoing instru-
ment, and acknowledged the said instrument to be the free and
voluntary act and deed of said'Schodl Vi,strict No. 406, King
County, Washington, for the uses and purposes therein mentioned,
and oh oath stated that they were authorized to execute.the said
