Project Description: This project is a Design Review for a new, 7 -story
mixed-use multi -family residential and commercial building, with
associated landscaping and frontage improvements.
Your written comments on the project are requested and can be
delivered to the project planner, Breyden Jager at
Breyden.Jager@TukwilaWA.gov or (206) 431-3651. Comments must be
received by 5:00 p.m. on May 24, 2022.
You may view the application, request a copy of any decision, comment
on the project, and learn your appeal rights by contacting the project
planner listed above, or by visiting our offices Monday and Wednesday,
8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at DCD, 6300 Southcenter Blvd, Suite 100.
A public hearing before the Board of Architectural Review will be
scheduled for the project at a later date. Notice for the public hearing
will be posted on site and mailed to surrounding property owners 14
days in advance.
