This iMXKV* easement consists of a 5 foot permanent .easement described as the Northerly 5 feet of the Westerly 50 feet of the above described tract as measured at right angles to the North line of Joseph Foster Donation Claim No. 39, Twp. 23 North, Rang] 4 East W.M., as established by Leonard I. Schroeter, Land Surveyor, on September 3, 1965. TOGETHER WITH a 20 foot temporary construction easement described as the Northerly 20 feet of the Westerly 50 feet of the above described tract as measured at right angles to the North line of said Donation Claim No. 39, Twp. 23 North, Range 4 East W.M., as established.by Leonard I. LO The Grantor shall retain the right to use the surface of said easement, so long as said use does not interfere with the installation and maintenance of the utilities and so long as no permanent buildings or structures are erected on said easement.
