Chair Hougardy called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
I. BUSINESS AGENDA
A. 2021 Fire Department Annual Report
Chief Wittwer presented the report.
Item(s) for follow-up:
• On page 15, explain that the significant increase in "other" types of calls is due to a 2021
change in the reporting system.
• On page 21, fix the incomplete ending sentences in both sections

B. Foster Golf Links Operational Plan
Committee members and staff discussed the operations and budget of Foster Golf Links,
including strategies for improving access for residents.
