The Grantor, Carl A. Brewer and
Hazel M. Brewer his wife, for and in consideration of the
sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do
hereby grant, sell and convey to the City of Tukwila
Kin-- Countv Washington, a municipal corporation, Grantee, its successors
and assigns, an easement and right -of -way, over, through, under across, upon and in
M the following described real property situate in King County, Washington,

for the construction, operation, maintenance and /or repair and /or replacement of
a t Sewer line or lines and appurtenances thereto, together
with the right of ingress and egress to and from said easement and right -of -way
for all purposes necessary and related thereto.
This easement is granted with the understanding that the property
affected will be returned to a condition equal to its original condition upon
completion of construction. The Grantee also agrees to indemnify and save harm-
less the Grantors from any liability arising from the construction contemplated
herein.

line of 56th Ave. S. (formerly Lemon Road), which point is described
as the point of beginning in that certain correction deed, dated
