DOLLAR ($1.00) in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant,
sell and convey to the City of Tukwila
,Washington, a municipal corporation, Grantee, its successors and

assigns, an easement and right -of -way, over, through, under, across, upon and in the
following described real property situate in King County, Washington
to -wit:
An easement 10 wide, the centerline of which is described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the northerly margin and 303' westerly of the NE
corner of Lot 36, Brookvale Garden Tracts as recorded in Volume 10 of Plats, page 47,
Records of King County; thence southerly 150 parallel to the easterly margin of said
Lot 36; thence southwesterly 225' more or less to the intersection of the southerly
margin of said Lot 36 and the easterly right -of -way line of Macadam Road.
for the construction, operation, maintenance and /or repair and /or replacement of
a iii. line or lines and appurtenances thereto, together w�_th the right
of ingress and egress to and from said easement and right -of -way for all purposes
necessary and related thereto.
This easement is granted with the understanding that the property affected
will be returned to a condition equal to its original condition upon completion of
construction. The Grantee also agrees to indemnify and save harmless the Grantors
from any liability arising from the construction contemplated herein.
