EASEMENT FOR UTILITIES
The Grantor, Joe Aliment and
Hazel M. his wife, for and in consideration of the
sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1,00) in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do
hereby grant, sell and convey to the Citv of Tukwila
Kin Co Washington, a municipal corporation, Grantee, its successors
f' and assigns, an easement and right -of -way, over, through, under across, upon and in
4t-; the following described real property situate in King County, Washington,

Portion of Stephen Foster Donation Claim No. 38 in Section 14,
Township 23 North, Range 4 East, W.M., in King County, Washington,
lying southwesterly of the Puget Sound Electric Railway Right -Of -Way
and northeasterly of the northeasterly margin of Secondary State
Highway No. 5 -M. (a strip of land 25' wide)
for the construction, operation, maintenance and /or repair and /or replacement of
a r ra_ r n co
c_ex line or lines and appurtenances thereto, together
w h the right of ingress and egress to and from said easement and right -of -way
for.all purposes necessary and related thereto.
This easement is granted with the understanding that the property
affected will be returned to a condition equal to its original condition upon
completion of construction. The Grantee also agrees to indemnify and save harm-
less the Grantors from any liability arising from the construction contemplated
herein.
