That portion lying Southwesterly of a line parallel to and lying 140' Northeasterly
of the centerline of Secondary State Highway No. 5 -M of the following:
Portion of Stephen Foster Donation Claim No. 38 in Section 14, Township 23 North,
Range 4 East, W.M., in King County, Washington, lying Northeasterly of the Puget Sound
Electric Railway Right -of -Way and South of the Northerly margin of Foster Street
produced Easterly.
Construction Easement
An additional 10' lying adjacent to and Northeasterly of the above described permanent
easement.
Said construction easement shall expire 180 days from the date of written notice of
the start of construction from the Grantee.
for the construction, operation, maintenance and /or repair and /or replacement of
a water line or lines and appurtenances thereto, together
with the right of ingress and egress to and from said easement and right -of -way
for all purposes necessary and related thereto.
This easement is granted with the understanding that the property
affected will be returned to a condition equal to its original condition upon
completion of construction. The Grantee also agrees to indemnify and save harm-
less the Grantors from any liability arising from the construction contemplated
herein.
