EASEMENT FOR WATER' LINE

The Grantor, Puget I %Iestern, Inc.
for and in consideration of the sum of
ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do
hereby grant, sell and convey to the City of Tu]<wila
Washington, a municipal corporation, Grantee, its successors.
LO-- -and assigns, an easement and right -of -way, over, through, under, across, upon and
in the follcwing described real property situate in King County,
Washington to -wit:
That portion of Tract 5 of the plat of Andover Industrial Park No. 2 (as recorded
in Volume 71 of Plats, Pages 68 and 69, records of King County, Washington) lying
northerly of the following described line:
Beginning at a point S 01 H 11.14 feet along the east line and from the
NE corner of said Tract 5; thence N 62 1 42 1 17" W 284.11 feet; thence N 88
W to the easterly right of -way line of Andover Park East, also ]mown as 67th
Avenue South.
for the construction, operation, maintenance and /or repair and/,or replacement
of a water line or lines and appurtenances thereto, together with the
right of ingress and egress to and from said easement and right -of -way for all
purposes necessary and related thereto.
This easement is granted with the understanding that the property
affected will be returned to a condition equal to its original condition upon
completion of construction. The Grantee also agrees to indemnify and save harmless
the Grantors from any liability arising from the construction ccrtemplated herein.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said corporation has caused this instrument to be
executed by its proper officers and its corporate seal to be hereunto affixed
this 2nd day of July at Bell evue Washington.
