EASEMENT FOR SEWER LINE
The Grantor, Philip N. Brownstein, of Washington, D. C., as
edera Houstne Commissioner k:kzxxa£a; for and in consideration of the.%
sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does
hereby grant, sell and convey to the City of Tukwila
Washington, a municipal corporation, Grantee, its successors
and assigns, an easement and right -of -way, over, through, under across, upon and in
the following described real property situate in King County, Washington,
TO -WIT:
West 10' of East 125' of Lot 17, Block 1, Plat of Hillman's Seattle
Garden Tracts together with 5' temporary easement on each side.
for the construction, operation, maintenance and /or repair and /or replacement of
a P emu line or lines and appurtenances thereto, together
with the right of ingress and egress to and from said easement and right -of -way
for all purposes necessary and related thereto.
This easement is granted with the understanding that the property
affected will be returned to a condition equal to its original condition upon
completion of construction. The Grantee also agrees to indemnify and save harm-
less the Grantors from any liability arising from the construction contemplated
herein.
