West 7 feet of Lot 10, Summit View Addition together
with temporary easement of the East 10' of the West 17'
of Lot 10, Summit View Addition. Temporary easement to
expire one year from date below.
for the construction, operation, maintenance and /or repair and /or replacement of
a SEWER line or lines and appurtenances thereto, together
with the right of ingress and egress to and from said easement and right -of -way
for all purposes necessary and related thereto.
This easement is granted with the understanding that the property
affected will be returned to a condition equal to its original condition upon
completion of construction. The Grantee also agrees to indemnify and save harm-
less the Grantors from any liability arising from the construction contemplated
herein.
