The Grantor, Tukwila Baptist Church
for ana in consideration of the sum or
g hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do
hereby grant, sell 11i convey to the Citv of Tukwila
Washington, a municipal corporation, Grantee, its successors
and assigns, an easement and right -of -way, over, through, under, across, upon and
in the following described real property situated in King, County,
Washington, Property not assessed for sewer line my easement
East 10t of the N 1/2 of Lot 12, Seattle Land Company's
Five Acre Tracts AND a temporary easement for the West
10' of the East 20t of aforesaid N 1/2 of Lot 12, to
expire one year from date below.
for the construction, operation, maintenance and /or repair and /or replacement of
a line or lines and appurtenances thereto, together with the
right of ingress and egress to and from said easement and right -of -way for all
purposes necessary and related thereto.
This easement is granted with the understanding that the property
affected will be returned to a condition equal to its original condition upon com-
pletion of construction. The Grantee also agrees to indemnify and save harmless
the Grantors from any liability arising from the construction contemplated herein.
