1. Call to Order–Called to order by Eileen English at 10:06am.

2. Vice Chair Election
Terra Straight motioned to nominate Jan Bolerjak for the position of Vice Chair. Eileen English seconded.
Motion passed with unanimous approval; Jan Bolerjak will be the new Vice Chair.
3. Agency Funding Discussion—Stacy Hansen, Human Services Program Coordinator
Agency staffing shortages continue resulting in some agencies not meeting goals for serving residents.
Board members requested additional data on residents served with agencies providing services for those
impacted by domestic violence.

B) Institute for Family Development—Parents & Children Together
C) Multi -Service Center
D) Childhaven/RAYS—SU and School -Based Behavioral Health
4. Rent and Utility Assistance Update: Year -End Totals
A) Assistance with City Water/Sewer for 2021: $44,782 serving 56 households/130 individuals
B) Assistance with Rent through 1406 Funds: $67,340 serving 75 households/163 individuals
C) Assistance with Rent and/or Utilities through Covid Funding: $122,509 serving 76 households/156
individuals
D) Totals: $234,631 provided in assistance serving 207 Tukwila households/449 individuals
