EASEMENT FOR SEWER LINE
The Grantor, JAMES P. GOSSELIN and
WILMA L. GOSSEL1h his wife, for and in consideration of the
sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1,00) in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do
hereby grant, sell and convey to the City of Tukwila
Tukwila Washington, a municipal corporation, Grantee, its successors
and assigns, an easement and right -of -way, over, through, under across, upon and in
the following described real property situate in King County, Washington,
TO -WIT:
West 10' of East 125' of the South 50' of Lot 16, Block 1, Plat of
Hillman's Seattle Garden Tracts together with 5' temporary easement
on each side.
for the construction, operation, maintenance and /or repair and /or replacement of
a sdwer line or lines and appurtenances thereto, together
with the right of ingress and egress to and from said easement and right -of -way
for all purposes necessary and related thereto.
This easement is granted.with the understanding that the property
affected will be returned to a condition equal to its original condition upon
completion of construction. The Grantee also agrees to indemnify and save harm-
less the Grantors from any liability arising from the construction contemplated
herein.
