his wife, for and in consideration of the sum
ONE LLAR 1.00 hanepaid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do here-
by grknt, sell and convey to the r.. OF TU KWTT,A
Washington, a municipal corporation, Grantee, its successors and
assigns, an easement and right -of -way, over, through, under across, upon and in th4
wo following described real property situate in Y.Mr- County, Washington, to-
wit:
East 20 of Lot 4, Block 6 Plat of Hillmants Seattle Garden Tracts.
for the construction, operation, maintenance and /or repair and /or replacement of a
J-0 AA line or lines and appurtenances thereto, together with
the right ingress and egress to and from said easement and right -of -way for all
purposes necessary and related thereto.
This easement is granted with the underst that the.- property- 4ftett.ed
will be returned to a condition equal to its original condition upon completion of
construction. The Grantee also agrees to indemnify and save harmless the Grantors
from any liability arising from the construction contemplated herein.
